This is the most remote, least used part Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. It's a nature trail that extends perhaps a mile into the mangrove forests north of No-Name Harbor. It's rough and narrow compared with the other trails in the park, and the only place where we did not encounter another human being. Go in deep enough and the remainder of the park falls out of ear shot. Much of the trail cuts through white mangroves, the most inland of the Florida's three mangrove species, which means it's not that high above the water's edge and likely to be wet at times. The trail ends at a nice overlook of the mangrove islands west of the park— Photo by David Sedore
