The boat launch and the Levee Perimeter Trail are popular places to gather and watch the sun go down over the Everglades. Come here very early in the morning — Loxahatchee opens at 5 a.m. — and you'll see birds emerge from their roosts to forage in Loxahatchee's marshes.
